Mr. Rishi Pilani a Chemical Engineer from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai and having MS in Industrial Engineering and Masters in Finance from USA. He had worked with General Electric Company, New York for 4 years where he was one of the 10 students selected for the prestigious Operations Management Leadership program in the General Electric Plastics business. There, he performed various functions in Operations and chemical handling and obtained a Green Belt in Six Sigma. He joined his family Business in 2006 and under his leadership the Infrastructure Division of the company achieved Sustained growth in terms of revenue and profitability. His function as Chairman & Managing Director includes envisioning company's growth, Strategy, responsibility for the overall management of the Company. His proactive and practical strategies have been key drivers of Company growth.
Mr. Raunak Pilani is M. Tech (Computer Science), IIT. He has experience in IT systems Management & Technical Filed and associated with the Company since 2008.
Mr. Ramesh Punjabi has done his B. Tech (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and has more than 45 years of experience in Design, Construction and Operation of Chemical plants. He has successfully executed a number of chemical projects from concept to commissioning, some of them involving in house engineering and fabrication. He has travelled extensively abroad and visited many chemical manufacturing installations. In past few years, he has been involved in setting up liquid bulk storage facilities.
Mr Niraj Nabh Kumar is B.Sc., M.Sc. and IRS by qualification and has qualified various Professional and Management Development Courses. He is Retired Principal Commissioner
[Ex-Officio Additional Secretary Government of India]. Mr Kumar has served the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping for 5 years as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT). He had earlier served for about 25 years in various positions in the Income Tax Department and the Ministry of Finance in Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi etc.
Mr Kumar was also Former Chairman of India Ports Global Private Limited. He has also worked as an advisor to Samsara Shipping/Hind Terminals group, leading in shipping, Logistic and warehousing. He has a rich experience of 35 years in finance, administration, fiscal statutes, regulatory mechanism, and government Functioning.
Mrs. Jagruti Gaikwad is B. Com, LLB and Independent woman Director of the Company.
Mr. Sanjay Govind Bhagia is Post graduate in Marketing Management and having more than 30 years' experience in International and domestic Trade and Operations.
Mr. Ramesh Pilani is B-Tech in Chemical Engineering. He ventured into Chemical manufacturing industry in 1974 by setting up a Benzoic Acid production plant at Thane. He has about 30 years' experience in the chemical industry. In 1994-95, first to set up and commission the largest Bulk Liquid Chemical Storage Terminal at Nhava Sheva, JNPT and subsequently, in Goa and Cochin. He has about 23 years' experience in the liquid Storage Terminals. Apart from technical background he handles overall finances of the Group.
Mrs. Ekta Dhanda is Company Secretary by profession and having 12 years' experience in Secretarial and compliance field. She is associated with the Company since 2015 and handling all the Secretarial compliances of the Company.
Mr.Biju George is having engineering background and more than 25 years of experience in the industry with 15 years of service with the group itself. He is overall in charge of Cochin Terminal of the Company.
Mr Shyam Nihate an Engineer by profession from NIT Nagpur, he is also an Alumni of IIM Indore. He is a dynamic professional with 23 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Business Development & Project Management for Oil & Gas, Logistics sector. He has Worked 17 years with an Oil PSU HPCL at various locations in India and also handled Operations and Marketing for Private sector Liquid Storage Companies. He has experience in Liquid Logistics project execution at Kandla and established new business set-up for Multimodal Logistics Hub (PPP Project with MP State Govt) at Central India (MP).The service portfolio comprised of a large Rail Terminal with 3 Railway Sidings with adjoining full rake length warehouses, Container Rake Siding, Large Warehousing Zone for Agro Products, FMCG, General Cargo & Distribution.
